DS23 was laid off over a year ago from his asst manager position when his company folded. He has been putting in applications with little result. Today he had an interview with Publix and they were very interested in him(it probably helped that he wore a new green shirt and tie Their colors.) He's hoping to hear something later this week.

If you would, send him some good thoughts. I know it would lift his spirits if he could just get a job. It's been pretty hard on him and he feels pretty low about himself. He really needs this job.

DH is thankfully better than he was last week when he was in the ER. He goes back to the doctor Wednesday, but I don't expect them to change anything. I think he's on oxygen more or less permanently now. Minky is feeling better.EVery now and then he gets a wild hair to chace a squirrel. That lasts about 8 steps But he's tolerating his pain meds and I plan to keep him on that for at least another 2-3 weeks.
