Well, it's in Asia, so that was kind of a given.

ETA : Disney seems to go with what the average guest will "accept" to eat, and they don't have a single Indian restaurant in the World so apparently they don't think the average guest could handle a good 'ole chicken korma. Chinese food is safer,I guess.
