Yak & Yeti Dining Times

I am wanting to make an ADR for Yak & Yeti on a night Animal Kingdom closes at 8 (there are extra magic hours from 5-8). What would be the latest reservation time I could get?

Not sure if this helps you, but we booked a 5:45pm for YnY on a day the park closes at 6pm.

I've booked Yak and Yeti at 7 on a night when the park closes at 5 and EMH ends at 8, so at least that late.
