My DD is picky about sauces (or gravies, etc) on things that she eats. I swear she's the only child that doesn't like ketchup! :confused3

I wondered if anyone ate at Yak & Yeti counter service and could tell me if it would be possible to get the entree's with the sauce on the side, rather than all over the item (like the sweet & sour pork)?

Thanks if anyone has any info.

We ate there in June, but I don't know the answer to your question. My DS ordered the honey chicken and it came sauced, over rice, in a chinese take-out style box. He loved it! My DH had the shrimp lo-mein and he said it was fantastic!

I CAN tell you that the servings are large enough for 2 people. The containers they serve in are just about quart sized!

I don't know either, but I will say that I think most of the items come with the sauce cooked in. It's a little like mall food court Chinese. It might be possible that they would be willing to cook something separate for you, but CS places usually can't do as much with special orders as sit down places.

We ate there b/c my son loves chicken fried rice (it was a side order but it was enough for my son and I)...we had a late breakfast at Tusker House so we needed something to get us thru the day until dinner. If your daughter likes chicken fried rice I would go for that. Its fast food so I don't think they can put the sauce on the side.
