OK..I've determined that I must eat at yek & Yeti in some form on my next trip. I'm making my ADR's on Tuesday...

Should I use a TS credit and do the sit down meal...OR is the CS version just as tasty? It will be me, dh, and my 3 dd's (8,6,almost2)

THoughts or suggestions?

I haven't eaten at the CS because it seems to just be standard Chinese take-out.

The TS, inside, is quite good and has many interesting dishes. It's definitely worth a TS credit. I go every time I set foot in AK! I like the Fried Green Beans, Ribs, and Seafood Curry the most.

I wasn't impressed with either (done TS twice and CS once). However, between the two, I'd choose the TS.

I'm not huge on chain Asian food but I think PF Changs is better than Yak/Yeti.

It does not taste asian.. We ate there about 5pm when the park was closing and its a great sit down. We had the steak and shrimp and it was excellant.. It had white rice and some snowpeas and some other veggie mixed with it.. really good and the wonton dessert is to die for Oh my my mouth is watering right now. Give it a try.

Hmmm...if chicken nuggets [yes, just like Mickey-Ds] covered in a sicky-sweet-no real flavor sauce is your idea of good food, then go counter service. If not, try the TS or look elsewhere. I booked the TS last year, but skipped it for Sanaa instead...didn't miss it at all!

I love the TS! The Mahi-Mahi and the Tempura Shrimp are amazing. And the wonton dessert is incredible!

We love the CS! The only downside is if it's hot there isn't much shade to sit in. I love the Shrimp Lo Mein, but that hasn't been on the menu the last few trips :(.

We've had both. The CS is nothing to sing about but the TS was pretty good. I LOVED the minced chicken lettuce wrap appetizer. In my mind, that is reason enough to go!

I agree! I'll go to the TS just for those lettuce wraps.:rotfl: However, I also like their egg rolls, tuna, and green bean appetizers. Then again I like their mahi mahi, ribs, seafood curry, and steak and shrimp entrees too. I've had all their desserts and the pineapple won tons are the best.

The CS is just OK. Their entrees aren't that good. If I'm on the DDP, I do like to use a snack credit there to get a box of their fried rice though.
