Yah! Got my ADRs for October and a Question

Hi all! I finally got to call today to make my ADRS. I was up early at 7 am calling and still had to wait on hold for 20 mins. Anyway, here are my ADRS. Let me know what you think:
- Narcoose's Dinner
-Ohanas Breakfast
-Coral Reef
-California Grill
-Crystal PalaceBreakfast
-Ohana Dinner
-Yachtsman Steakhouse
-Chef Micket Breakfast
-Kona Dinner

I got all the times I wanted except for Coral Reef. When I called, they said they only had 4:50 and 8 pm. I am not sure how this can be though when today was the first day to call and I called at 7 am. Does anyone have any suggestions to get a 7 pm dining time there?

My only suggestion would be is to keep calling back and hope for a cancellation.
