Help. Ok, I have read about the printed menus, and really want to do that for my fiance...The what will you celebrate, we r celebrating our DVC Win from the YOAMD.....I called Disney Dining, and the lady, who was very nice but new, said I have to buy a whole package deal....Now, that does not bother me, BUT, the menu choices would bother my fiance, as she is a picky eater, when it comes to spices and sauces.....The lady said you get to pick 1 from any of the vegetarian, meat, chicken and seafood. Chefs choice...Problem if the meat that day is something fancy, it wont work for us.....Does anyone have a contact number direct to Yachtsman so I can speak to them? I am having a little something from Disney Florist brought in between dinner and desert......I just think the menus would be a nice touch....Thanks for any help!

Yachtsman Steakhouse or Victoria & Alberts? As far as I know, there is no package deal for Yachtsman, but it sure sounds like you are describing the fixed meal price at V&A.

The OP is talking about having special personalized menus printed.

Where some WDW restaurants used to do that, it is apparently now done only with a special celebration package that you purchase.

As for what is on the menu, I have never been to Yachtsman Steakhouse, but I was under the impression that they have a regular menu and not a prix fixe menu. However, you may have to buy a prix fixe menu with the celebration package. I am not sure about that one.

If that is the case, and the menu is an issue, I'd consider foregoing the celebration package and just celebrating without it. You'd still have the florist surprise.

There is a sweetheart dinner package at the signature restaurants for the "what would you celebrate promotion" I believe it is $150

You may contact the Yachtsman by calling 407-934-7000 - Yacht Club Main number and ask for the Yachtsman Steakhouse - they are very accomodating and just ask for sauces on the side etc.

They also have a great pastry team on site - we have ordered many birthday and anniversary cakes and everyone has raved about them.

But, the only problem is you get to select from only 1 meat....IF that day its not what she likes, we would be SOL.....Ill call them Monday, and see what can be done...Thanks!

Wow, I hadn't heard about this package, so I was totally clueless! I agree with TDC Nala - I'd skip the special printed menu and just order off the regular menu.
