Snoweywhite, that's a tough question. I do believe the steaks are better at Shula's mostly do to the seasoning I guess. However, I do take account for atmosphere and service when considering a nice steakhouse. I work for a national upscale steakhouse in Indiana called Sullivan's. I am surrounded by Ruth's Chris, Morton's, Shula's, Mo's, Eddie Merlot's, Flemmings, and St Elmo's(a local place est. 1902, but it is well known to visitors of Indy). I just think the experience is better at Shula's as well as the quality of the product. If you like the dark wood, dimly lit, sophisticated ambience, try Shula's at least once. Not to dodge the original question about steak, but I think Shula's stands on its own, even better than Morton's. Maybe YS is like Ruth's, which I am not a big fan of either.
