Yachtsman steakhouse

I read that the steaks at the yachtsman's steak house are air dried anyone know if thats true? Also do they cut the steaks in front of you? Anyone been there lately? Thanks for the info.

When we ate there last August, they did not cut the steaks at our table.

This was DH's favorite meal of our trip. We'll be returning there this summer.

No, they don't cut your steak at your table... and that suits me fine!

The steaks are wonderful as is the service. We love the bread, butter and baked garlic you are served with your meal.
