Yachtsman Dress Code

Hi Everyone,

I have never been to the Yachtsman before and was wondering what the appropriate dress code would be. I tried the search function but could not find what I needed.

Any help will be appreciated as I leave tomorrow at noon.

I wore shirts and a tee shirt once.

I don't believe that there is a dress code. We are planning to go there during our trip in August.

all signature restaurants outside parks have a business casual not-so-strictly-enforced dress code, as per disney:

# Dress Attire is Business Casual
Men: Dress slacks, jeans, trousers, or dress shorts, short or long-sleeved shirt with a collar required. Jackets are optional.

Ladies: Jeans, skirts, or dress shorts with blouse or sweater, or a dress required.
Not permitted in dining room: tank tops, swimming suits or swim suit cover ups, t-shirts, hats for gentleman, cut offs, or torn clothing of any kind.

V&A has a jackets required policy.

When we dined there last October, they specified "business casual." I was told no tanks, shorts, jeans, swimwear, etc.

Khakis and a nice polo shirt (with collar) should be fine for men, and women have a bit more leeway. Nice capris, slacks and top work, or you can elect to dress up a bit, if you prefer. Many girls and women were wearing nice sundresses last October.

I wore slacks, dressy tank (think sleeveless shell with scoop neck), and a coordinating unstructured jacket (I freeze in the air conditioning) with sandals and my friend wore slacks and a dressy top (her thermostat runs very warm) with mule-style (backless) sandals. We spent the evening at EPCOT quite comfortably after dinner.
