Yachtsman? Dining plan question

Ok, so here is my question.
If you have been on the dining plan and to the Yachtsman or if you know the answer please help.
When at the Yachtsman do the limit the menu choices when using the dining plan?

Are there any restaurants that limit the menu with the dining plan?

We went to the Yachtsman Steakhouse on the Dining Plan in October.
They do not limit the menu choices. I believe, however, that the Surf and Turf is no longer on the menu. In addition, adding Lobster to your meal is an "Add On" for everyone Dining Plan or not, and I believe it is $28 more.
It is a beautiful restaurant with great service. We were disappointed in our meal there. It was the restaurant I was most looking forward to, and we probably would not return.
