FYI, unless you are bringing a dog, don't ask for 1st floor! We actually didn't ask for 1st floor but we were put amongst several rooms with dogs ... felt like we were in a kennel! I called the front desk and was told they allow dogs, and 1st floor is for them - good to know ahead of time! They moved us - well, took two moves because the first room we were told had a handicap bathtub, with extra bars - I can deal with that - but the bathroom was fully enclosed and only one sink! Our original room had two sinks outside the toilet/shower room - oh, and low shower head for the disability room as well as very low beds that were way too soft. Our third move brought us to a very nice room and we are now happy.
