We don't need the kitchen, just looking for opinions on best resort for family of four with a 7 and 5 year old.
Thanks!

Both are great and each have their advantages. Since most of BW is still closed I would stay at YC.

If you prefer real beds vs. a pull-out for the kids, go YC. If you want a more navigable pool with a better slide for younger children, go BWV.

I don't think you could go wrong with either one. The studio has a kitchenette so not a full kitchen, but it does have a fridge and a microwave. It's really handy for breakfasts or snacks especially with kids. The yacht club won't have a microwave or fridge. The pool at yacht club is amazing and has a sandy area to play, but keep in mind, to get to the water slide, a kid has to leave the gated pool area and cross the main walkway of the path to Epcot. With the ages of your kids that may affect your decision. The boardwalk slide is contained within the pool structure.

The other thing to keep in mind the location of the boat dock. It may not seem like much but after walking all day everyday, that Boardwalk dock is so close to the resort. I mean right there! The YC boat dock is so lovely waaayyy out there on that lighthouse dock. And while we walked to DHS and Epcot the first day, by day 2 we were like "where is that boat???"

BWV. With children at those ages you'll find it much easier to watch them in the pool at BW.
