I like the menu for this place. I have one "resort day" planned - which basically means no plans for that day - and wonder if this may be a good place for dinner (we are staying at the Boardwalk). It would be a last minute decision, I'm sure.

Is this a "definately get an ADR!" place, or is it some place with a short wait?

Thanks!

We have had breakfast there, but never dinner. From what I've seen staying at the YC, it never seemed particularly full. I would say thay you could get in without a ADR. (But we travel in off seasons -so take it for what it's worth.)

This is one of those nice under the radar ones that you don't need an ADR for. Personally, I think you can get a better meal very nearby at Beaches and Cream, which is down the hall, out the door, and next to the arcade.

I have to disagree on the ADR. We were there at the beginning of May and took a chance on a walk-up. The hostess asked if we had a reservation, we said no and she said it would probably be a 20-30 minute wait. So, unless you're willing to wait at the bar around the corner, an ADR helps.

Luck of the draw and depends on your party size...Off season in January we waited 30 minutes with a party of eight (walk up--no ADR). Saw lots of others waiting, too.

Thanks, guys. I think this will be a spontanious thing for a dinner. We tend to shoot for an early dinner, and we are only four. So it may work out. But I'm not stressin' over it.

"Nope. Not stressing at all," said the bald woman.

I've dined there three times for dinner in the past 14 months, and never had to wait more than ten minutes. It's genearlly not all that full. Unfortunately they have changed the management and menu from what it was 14 months ago when I RAVED about it, and it's now "OK."

I just there in April. I had fish and chips, It excellent. To start the meal off I had crab cakes which were excellent. I was surprised, I was expecting much. I would not say you could a better meal the Peaches and Cream. Yes they very good hamburgers, but there no comparsion with their menus. It is a very pleasant restaurant, as Peaches and Cream is very noisey. I would ADR'S to be the safe side.
