One more question to all. Where the heck do you eat breakfast at BC/YC?
I noticed some Deluxe resorts have counter service and some have sit down with limited CS service. I find that that dispointing about BC/YC. We like to just grab a quick CS breakfast. I don't want to have to make ADR's every morning for Captians Galley.

We really enjoy the Marketplace at the BC for breakfast. They have egg crissont sandwiches, yogurt, cereal, donuts, fruit. Stopped there every morning to eat. Also stopped there every evening to refill our mugs and sometimes get dessert! We stayed at the BCV so it was very convienent. If you were staying at the YC... not so much. But I thought I had read somewhere that the YC has a contiential breakfast in or near their lobby. Maybe someone else who has stayed there can confirm.

Everyone's pictures are so wonderful. Please keep them coming. We will be staying at AKV on our January trip. We wanted to give it a try for the first time and I know we're going to love it there, but there's just no place like home.

Question, have all the rooms been redone? We are staying there in 1 1/2 weeks we have 2 of the large (deluxe?) concierge rooms - and wondering if they are redone..

Are the YC rooms supposed to be getting done? If so would that be before Spring does anyone know?

Several months ago, at the beginning of August, I was told by club level CMs at the YC that the YC room renovations would start after BC was finished. I think the BC renovations are completed with exception of the Concierge lounge and a couple of suites.

There have been conflicting reports, however, that YC would not be started until 2009. Even if the YC renovations started soon, I would think the renovations would take several months. So, certainly the rooms would not be completed by spring. Just my speculation and what I was told several months ago.
