Yacht, BWI, or Poly for Jan 4-8 (Marathon Wknd)...refurbs?

Yacht and BWI both give me refub notices when I look to book those dates. Does anyone know if either is just a soft refurb or if either might be done before then? We are finishing our stay through the 14th at the Dolphin.

I would like to book this morning before the discounts get swooped up. Thanks!

BWI is a refurb that may never end; they're working on exteriors right now.

I believe YC is interior.

Thanks. I think I'm down to YC and Poly. YC would be slightly cheaper. Hmm.

I'd probably go for Poly given the split with Dolphin.

I am booked with BWI during marathon weekend, and they haven't notified me of any refurbs? I already am aware, because of these boards, but I just find it odd THEY haven't told me yet...
