Yachstman steakhouse got rid of some steaks on menu?

I just checked the updated menu from allears and I don't see the ribeye on the menu anymore! I was going to have this there but now it looks like its gone along with a few other entrees. Now they only have 3 choices for steak or the Chauterbriand (spelling?) for 2! Anyone eat there recently and know for sure?

I cannot answer for certain, but I do know that a lot of the more expesive items are being removed from the menus.

We were there at the end of September and the ribeye was gone I was planning on having that but it was not to be

I got the porterhouse instead. It is HUGE! And I mean huge. (We were at the BCV and the leftover was a meal and a salad topper). Hubby ate all his

Currently on the menu - Filet Mignon, NY Strip, Prime Rib and T-bone. You can ask for a Ribeye.

The menu does change regularly due to availability and those online are not really accurate.

That's good to hear. I hope they still have it in December.

We ate there October 12th and the Rib eye was definitely on the menu. Other steaks were an Australian Wagu (12 oz strip loin); New York Strip Steak; Yachtsman Filet and a 24 oz Porterhouse.
