Well I may do one more when I get home but I am pretty well done. :goodvibes We have an 8 day trip and when I finish the last one we will have 8 shirts ... plus the ones I have bought on clearance from Disney Shopping. 12 Days here we come I cannot wait lol.

This is the shirt that I had to put another iron on over. :) The front.

The back of the shirt above here this one is DS's shirt, DD's is Violet, Mine is Elastigirl, and Dh's is Frozone.

The shirt for DD's bday.

DD's has this on the back. :)

DD's shirt I made me the same one. Originally I had not planned on outlining these but I decided to go back and outline it in black slick paint looks much more finished.

DS's shirt to match the one above made one for DH too.

Also is outlined though you cannot really see it. It is in glow in the dark paint and looks really cool at night.

The front think we are going to wear these to AK.

what kind of transfers did you use? Your dark images came out nice on that red shirt. I did a Tink shirt in red because it had red and burgundy in it and it is all blended in. My hot pink shirt that had a white pictured backround all came out in hot pink even the characters. Same with the medium blue shirts with a blue backround, Dora is blue. What am I doing wrong? Was I suppose to use dark transfer for those red, mediun blue, hot pink and Lime green shirts? Thank anyone

The red shirt is actually an applique not an iron on transfer. I did use dark transfer paper on everything. I have used the light before and even using it on a white shirt it came out bad. So I just avoided it all together this time.
BTW you CAN go back over the bad transfer with another transfer. That is what is on the Incredibles shirts. So my advice would be to go get some dark transfers and just iron on again over it. It is a tiny bit thicker but not much. hth.

Just subscribing, so I can come back and use your guide for reference. I saw you over on TGM. Thanks for the info. We are going to tackle making the red T's with Mickey Heads. We love 'em. Wish us luck.

I am going to try to do some of these tomorrow and wanted to ask a few questions. I assume any fabric will work - true? Also, does the fabric fray at the edges or is there anything I need to do to prevent that? Also, for the outline paint - what are you using - like a puffy paint? I wanted something easy to throw together. Is this as easy as it appears? Thanks for your help!

The link above are the step by step instructions and also has the template I used to make them (cruiser1969's designs). I think they are really easy and I cannot see you having any problem with them as well because you seem like a crafty person. I think if you had problems doing crafts then it might be more difficult. The only thing that is difficult would be the letters but it is not really difficult it just takes forever to do them because of all the cutting.
The heat and bond ultra keeps the fabric from fraying. The last one I did I put heat and bond to the whole bandana and you cnanot really tell from the picture but at the end of the head part it is actually tied in a knot. I had wanted to just leave them hanging but DH and I both didn't think they looked finished enough that way. I would think you could use any kind of fabric though I have only used cotton blends. To outline I am using slick paint from Tulip.

I agree, they look great, I'm about to try my hand at some of these myself, wish me luck LOL.
Thanks for sharing them.
