YA! HOO! Disney approved my $68 pp contract!

Unbelievable! Disney just approved my $68 pp contract. 150 points, OKW, March use year, 58 points left in 2003, seller paying maintenance fees, buyer paying closing costs.

The day I signed the contract there was someone on this board who had just had an identical contract turned down by Disney. I was sure mine wouldn't fly. You never know.

Thanks for all the "WELCOME HOMES"! I never tire of hearing that and yes, we do already have plans for next March. We go down every year with our grandchildren (and their parents) and spend nine wonderful days making memories. I want my grandchildren to remember me as the Nana who loves Disney! Trouble is, grand villas take lots of points and everyone wants to spend both weekends there (nine nights, Magic Season, in a grand villa- gulp) so this contract makes 698 points for this Disney lovin' family. I'm spending my children's inheritance - lol. Just wanted everyone to know, there are still a few bargains that go through ROFR.
