Y&R take 3 - SPOILERS inside

Oh no! I hope it isn't Heather either nor Abby!

Ashley and Nina are too old!!!! :rolleyes1

Victoria and Billy would be great!

CAN'T be Sharon or Phyllis, right? I guess it could be Phyllis.

Who else is there?

Now that Schmidt is Noah longer with Y&R, there's been rampant speculation that Emmy-nominated former General Hospital star, Drew Garrett (ex-Michael Corinthos) has been offered the part. Garrett made waves when he was cast as an "aged" Michael in April 2009. A year later, he was making news because he was ousted from the role with no explanation -- a role that not only earned him an Outstanding Younger Actor nod at the Daytime Emmys, but also a role that was incredibly popular with fans.

**********

According to Mr. Brooks (not always reliable) when Sharon returns she will be moving back into her house on the ranch because Vikki will be moving in with Billy. He also insinuated that Nick will be moving in with her later on because of Faith.

The pregnancy spoiler got some attention! I'm hoping for Victoria, too. Some of the other choices make me .

So Ronan's not a crook-good, since it is now obvious he is Nina's son.

I loved the flashbacks today!

Honny or december ... was that SALLY SPECTER today???? OMG.... AMAZING flashbacks. Cricket and Nina looked 12 years old.

So Abby Lindsay Lohan Newman is in JAIL ... I just cannot get a handle on what Y&R has done with Abby. If you all remember the little girl that was Abby, an amazing actress, did a fabulous job, sweetest child and then Abby #2 who was growing up, getting herself education, seeming so prim and proper and NOW THIS ABBY ... :headache: To me it just not make sense.

Nikki, who the heck is doing your hair ... my gosh it just looks absolutely hideous lately. Like someone rolled it all up in a tight ball and then pinned into her scalp. Nasty. :headache:

Nick seems lost w/o a love in his life.

As far as a pregnancy ... please please please NOT Heather ... :headache:

Yep, that was the late Darlene Connely aka B&B's Sally Spectra!

I can handle Nikki's hair. That woman has always been tacky for me. But I CAN'T tolerate another day of seeing Victoria's hair. It looked like it hasnt been brushed in weeks!

Yes, Sally was awesome as Rose! I can remember that story so well-must have been over a summer while I was home! Nina's roommate had a son, Cody I think, and was pregnant. She kept coming in with more stuff Rose was giving her for selling the baby. Then one day she had more stuff, and Cody was gone....she'd sold him too!

Didn't Cricket look rough!

Victoria's hair has motivated me to get a haircut next week. Mine isn't that long, but looks about like that in style. Dh throws a fit every time I cut it, and would probably think Vicki's is hot! But she is a hot mess.... So I made the appt earlier this week to get it gone!

Just came by to ask what the deal is with Victoria's hair, so I'm glad to read I'm not the only one who thinks it's out of control! What is up with it!?

On a better note... I do like her and Billy together, but the hair has got to go!

Can someone explain the Ronan/Chance deal? Is Chance really Nina's son? All the stolen baby stuff happened long before I started watching.

I think you mean is Ronan really Nina's son? Cause Chance definitely is. That was established ages ago. Never any doubt.

The rumor/spoiler is that Ronan is the son that was stolen from Nina many moons ago by Rose....and that Christine knows this and that is probably why she's in town.

Nina grew up poor in Detroit, raised by her mother Flo, a former prostitute who never knew who Nina's father was, just that he had a certain scar on his neck. As a teenager, Nina got pregnant, ran away from home, and was found on a park bench in Genoa City by Cricket Blair. They became best friends. Nina moved into a home for unwed mothers run by Rose DeVille, who, unbeknownst to Nina, headed a black-market baby ring. Just before her son was born, Nina had a change of heart about the adoption. So Rose abandoned Nina on the delivery table, and kidnapped her new son. Cricket and Nina were unsuccessful in locating Rose or Nina's baby.

Cricket and Nina became roommates, and Cricket and Danny worked with her to polish her rough edges. Then Nina set her sights on Cricket's boyfriend, Phillip Chancellor III, heir to the Chancellor fortune. Nina got Phillip drunk, seduced him, and ended up pregnant. Phillip's mother, Jill, and Katherine Chancellor, disapproving of Nina, tried but failed to buy her off. Nina had a son, Phillip IV, and she and Phillip married. Jill and Kay set Nina up by hiring handsome Jabot employee, Chase Benson, to seduce Nina and prove her an unfit mother. Their plan backfired. But Phillip's drinking problem soon led to his death when his sports car slammed into a tree.

Ronan is probably going to be the baby Rose stole. Chance is Phillip IV-short for Chancellor. There were too many Phillip's to keep up with! The best explanation I've read for the current Ronan/Phillip storyline is this: Ronan is working undercover for the feds to find the dirty cops. He wants Chance to stay out of the way. He won't, so the drugs are a plant to get him out of the way (and keep him safe) until Ronan can bust the bad guys. Cricket (Christine) also works for the feds, and is involved in this case.

Oh, and due to a rewrite, Phillip III didn't die-he faked his death because he was gay. there have been quite a few rewrites recently.

Lauren is forced to push back when Jill takes their fight to a new low;

Mac has surprising news for JT and he has a stunning proposal for her;

Chance makes a decision no one expected.

YOUNG & THE RESTLESS: Sean Kanan is back taping and will be returning to GC as Deacon Sharpe. Michelle Stafford says that they did a "dirty make out [scene] in a good way." Expect him back July 29. And speaking of Sean did I mention while at the Emmys in Vegas he had 2 body guards with him the entire time. Adam will get out on bail next week thanks to Skye but she has conditions for paying his bail that being he agrees to marry her and Adam goes along with itFans are not happy with the current Patty storyline many are saying they find the entire Patty storyline, as well as the Ashley one very uncomfortable to watch. As for me I don't see it as entertaining either. Great acting yes, entertaining no.

Body guards? Why, I wonder?

Adam and Skye ... didn't that already happen?

Hmm, what s/l are fans uncomfortable with Ashley?

:confused3

•Chance tries to convince Chloe that it was a one time thing that will never happen again, Chloe walks out needing air, not wanting to see his face
•Chris tells Paul and Heather she and Ronan planted drugs in Chance car, not wanting him to mess up the investigation, putting himself in danger
•Ronan tells Heather and Paul not to say a word of this to Chance or Nina, they weren't even supposed to know. Both agree to keep quiet
•Chance tells Nina to leave Chloe alone, that he's the one who screwed up his relationship w/ her because he cheated. Chance calls himself a *******
•Chloe confronts Heather who is shameless as ever about her actions, Chloe calls her a slut and the b-word then slaps her! Ronan breaks up the fight
•Jack and Emily fight about Patty. Meanwhile Patty is confronted by Adam, he convinces her to run away and gives her a nun's outfit to wear!

Next - Skye asks Adam if he killed Hightower, later we see Paul and Owen show up with cops at Adam and Skye's suite; Abby whines about being locked up in jail

Looks like Adam's attorney needs some REHAB ... :headache:

Eric Roberts Enters 'Celebrity Rehab'
by Cynthia Dermody on July 23, 2010 at 5:08 PM

Just when I'd forgotten all about Eric Roberts, the actor is back in the headlines again after a very long hiatus ... but in so not a good way. It's easy to forget about poor Eric when he's big brother to an overshadowing superstar sister like Julia Roberts, and father to a nearly as overshadowing superstar daughter like Emma Roberts, now 19.

As Julia Roberts generates mega excitement and anticipation over her upcoming movie Eat, Pray, Love, Second Fiddle Eric is making the entertainment news wires for checking into Celebrity Rehab. I wonder if that means he'll miss his little sis's movie. I wonder if he's glad about that. I wonder if he hasn't timed this to Julia's movie. I can't believe he's not totally green-eyed jealous of her.

He and Julia became estranged during a 1993 custody battle for Emma when Julia sided with his ex-girlfriend, but the siblings supposedly patched things up in 2004 over the birth of Julia's twins.

Eric will be recovering from a yet unknown addiction along with housemates Rachel Uchitel, Janice Dickinson, Leif Garrett, and Jeremy London in the Celebrity Rehab house. Eric won't have any trouble coming up with a good addiction. He can take his pick:

Pot (He was arrested in 1987 for cocaine and marijuana possession and trying to assault a police officer.)

Violence (He faced multiple accusations of domestic violence in the '90s as he continued to battle a cocaine problem.)

Cocaine (reference the previous two.)

How can this be good for Y&R????? :confused3

Ya'll are NOT GONNA BELIEVE what Abby does next!

No sooner does Naked Heiress Abby get of jail than she pulls another stunt: This week, she tosses Ashley out of their home!

"It's Brad's house, which belongs to Abby now," points out Marcy Rylan "And she wants Ashley to move out."

Ashley's eviction is set in motion after Abby's forced to spend the weekend in jail, courtesy of her entrance in the GCAC naked on the horseback. "Abby thought this would be a great publicity stunt, that she was going to have a mug shot just like every other fabulous famous person."

What she wasn't counting on was spending any real time in the slammer. "All these other girls are in jail for a like 90 minutes," Fear sets in. She certainly didn't want to go to jail. So, yeah, it's scary."

Daniel's support helps. "Daniel sees there's more to what Abby is up to, notes Rylan. "He's on her side, and that's really what she needs right now: somebody who's not telling her to stop doing what she's doing, someone who's just going to be there for her. For Abby, it's great. He's the only one not judging her." Finally, Jack posts bail for his grateful niece

But has she learned from the experience? "Absolutely not," states Rylan. "Abby's not just acting out for the sake of acting out. She has a plan. Her going to jail didn't teach her a lesson or make her want to change her ways. She's on a mission."

The newly sprung Abby proceeds with that mission when she confronts Ashley. "Abby just lays it out," says Rylan. "Ashley's constantly telling Abby to grow up and be more mature. She wants Abby to be an adult, and adults don't live with their parents. The house is Abby's and she needs Ashley to move out."

Rylan insists the eviction "is not about Abby being on her own. It's about her parents. If they're not going to let Abby be who she wants to be, then she's going to be a (rhymes with witch)!

I can't believe Abby. I feel guilty telling my mom not to sit in the comfortable chair in my living room! Abby is a ruthless little hussy!
