After seeing Monday's show I've been asking myself what was the purpose of Phyllis getting into that car wreck and breaking her leg?

Then I found out that Maybe Patti will set the Tac House on fire like Phyllis did to Diane when Diane had a broken leg and was recuperating at the Abbott pool house.

•A court hearing is held for "Patty", Michael and Paul lose the appeal to drop Emily as Patty's doctor
•Emily lies to the man whose guarding her about being sick, runs into the courtroom and tells Jack they went ice skating
•Billy and Victoria have a run in at the coffeehouse, Billy learns Victoria told JT about what happened at the cabin. Victoria says she didn't reveal everything, Billy's relieved saying no one can know what they did to Adam!
•Jill goes to see Adam, she wants his side of the story. Adam says to leave Sharon out of this, but does speak out what the Newmans did. He leaves out Billy's name, and later has a nurse throw out his annulment papers . Meanwhile, Jill is typing away the story of a lifetime!
Next - Tucker visits Ashley asking if she wants to talk; Jana's torture continues; The truth is out, Michael, Lauren and Paul talk about Lauren and Paul's kiss

I find it so odd, that Y&R has this s/l with Jana/Ryder/Daisy and it has been quite some time since we have seen or heard anything more on the s/l.

I wonder why Y&R would want to have Phyllis break her leg? She will now be confined. I wonder what direction they are going in. Phyllis is a tough one to keep tied down.

It just sounds perfect. The tack house is where Patty saw Phyllis with Jack (on that nasty couch) something tells me Phyllis is gonna be camping out on that sofa over the next few weeks, so it would be a perfect opportunity!

•Tucker comes to see Ashley, asking if she wants to talk. Ashley tells Tucker about the possibility she isn't Faith's mom, Tucker helps her record a video of Faith. Later, Neil comes to spend time with Ashley but she wants to be alone with Faith. Neil sees the video of Tucker comforting Ashley!•Gloria pushes Kevin to spend less time at the coffeehouse and goes as far as setting him up on a date with her new neighbor!!•Jack and Victor come up with a way for Katherine to get back Jabot and not let Tucker destroy it. Michael gives everyone a copy of what he thinks are the papers, he's in for an embarassing shock when Neil, Katherine, Jack and Victor show him pics of Lauren and Paul kissing here's what happened...Katherine, Neil, Jack and Victor were already at the ranch discussing Jabot. Michael joined in later, he had copies of the papers detailing the agreement. Michael handed out envelopes to everyone thinking the copies were inside, unfortunately that wasn't the case it was the pictures of Paul and Lauren's kiss. •Paul and Lauren are discussing the kiss and Lauren's strange behavior of late. Paul thinks someone is targetting Lauren, maybe even drugging her medication. Michael walks in confronting both of them with the pics. Michael tells Paul to get a new lawyer and wants him out while he and Lauren talk•Daisy continues to taunt Jana leading Ryder to tell Daisy to stop being a (rhymes w/witch) Later, Daisy and Ryder return because he wanted to give Jana aspirin. Jana has escaped, Daisy and Ryder start to look for her. Jana keeps looking for a way out, unfortunately she runs right into Ryder!

Next - Lauren tells Michael her belief someone poisoned her office; Jill learns Billy was at the cabin; Jana runs into Daisy and Ryder

but today she broke out through an inside gate/door and off she went to be chased by the evil siblings

I hope so- it would be one thing if Patty weren't a TOTAL whack job but if she's so crazy and pretending to be Emily, someone OUGHT to pick up on it besides Adam. It's getting boring and ridiculous.
