Y&R take 3 - SPOILERS inside

DH & I drove to San Diego on Saturday to check out our new digs. We move in one month!!!

My 26yo DS (who currently lives in SD) met us with a bunch of his friends for a burger at In&Out....(yummmmy).

So we all got to talking about this and that....and DS says to me, "oh mom, remember Josh xxxxx from high school"....I said, "yeah, I remember him"....well DS proceeds to tell me that Josh has been out here in CA since 2007 (grad Emerson College Masters degree in Writing) and has been writing for 3 years for The Young & The Restless!!!!!

We are all from this very tiny little town in South Central MA....I have to say I am impressed.

I think I need to call Josh and find out all the latest dirt on Y&R!!!

I think they tried to make Fenn and Summer the same age. I don't guess it matters, since Amber is looking for her little boy, and his much younger sister Hope is now working over at Forrestor Creations.....

I think whoever wrote these spoilers got a new Thesaurus for Christmas.....

So wait...they framed Daniel, to get to Lauren?, the Baldwins? Huh? I still dont get this, and think that the whole thing is just an undeveloped storyline that will be dragged out til they can figure out what they want to do!!

Brock asks Tucker to come back to the house with him, but Kay shuns her new son

An unforeseen component in the Chancellor Industries/Tucker McCall story changes the game for everyone, particularly Kay, as the true cost of the takeover and Tucker’s place in Kay’s family is revealed to be emotional, not financial

OMG...Who didnt see that comin'? Did you see Tucker on Monday (US episode) after Brock brought him to see the duchess?...how he pouted and walked away, shoulders slumped, kickin' the ground like he was hit by a dodgeball!

BTW, that whole Chancellor takeover thing was such a sloppy job by the writers. The SEC requires full disclosure of ownership of any publicly owned company, there's no way Tucker could have bought ALL of that other stock without several SEC filings (that are posted on that company's SEC webpage) that would have occured as soon as (and I mean as soon as) the sale was over......BEFORE the stock swap with Chancellor!! Neil, or any of the Chancellor's corporate attorneys, or anyone in Chancellor mailroom, or Esther, could have looked up that info and known that Tucker owned that other company!!!

So what do you think....Adam is acting with Victor for the sake of making everyone think he left Newman because of the infighting and then he is going to work for Tucker to get dirt to help get Chancellor back for Mrs. C. OR is he really going across to Tucker to give up the dirt on Newman to get back at the family for not liking him? And haven't we already dont this child long missed with Jill? Wouldn't you think Mrs. C. would have learned a lesson the 1st time around and just asked Tucker when he came to see her today why he didn't just come looking for her when he learned she was his mother? After all, she thought she'd given up a girl. Why would she think to look for a boy in the first place? It's not as if she intentionally didn't look for him! Dumb story.

•Lauren unknowing to Michael invites Daisy to stay and gives her Eden's room!

•Eden tells Noah via email, about her aunt not being the one to contact her
•Billy apologizes to Chloe and asks her to come back to Restless Style, she agrees. Chance is concerned about Chloe's decision
•Daisy manipulates Lauren, Lauren finds articles about her and Sheila and a reciept from the rat store. Lauren thinks Eden has targetted her
•Noah asks Sharon if he could go to school in Paris, get away from the drama that's happened this past year. Sharon agrees. Noah awaits Nick's approval
•Victor's pissed learning about Adam's new job, he heads to Billy asking that he do an article badmouthing Adam!

Next - Daisy and Ryder continue causing trouble; Kay, Neil and Cane meet in regards to Tucker; Sharon goes out with Faith, looks like she did so unknowing to Ashley and Adam

We are moving in a month. Our new home has a fireplace and we are trying to configure the l.r. furniture around the fireplace....hence my looking at shows on tv w/fireplaces. Now Katherine has her couch totally with is BACK to the fireplace....how odd?

I think the Newman Ranch (not sure whose it is lately, seems to have allot of BOARDERS of late with Ashley, Abby, Faith, Sharon, Adam, Noah, Victor, Nikki) has the fireplace in the mid of the room but the couch has its back to it as well.

Over at The Bold & The Beautiful....Taylor has her furniture more centered around her fireplace.

OMG I did the same thing with paint colors when we built & I had to choose...watched soaps obsessivley til I saw what I wanted!!! I did end up painting a room based on Jessica's LR on ATWT years ago.

Don't know if this helps you but we have 5 FP's (only 3 actual FP's - 2 units are see-through/double sided to serve 2 rooms)...and in every room but 1 we have the furniture placed to face them. In the DR we do have the end chair with it's back to the FP because there was only 1 way to fit the table & chairs in the room. So whoever sits there gets REALLY hot if the FP is on!

sorry to those who like him and i know it's only been one show but i'm not buying this guy as tucker.

at least the old one was believable when he said "darling" this one makes it sound so forced and just not right.

Ahhhh...yes, BRIAN KEITH!!! ITA, except Keith was a tad bit heavier than W.Russ. But they do look very similiar. Lots of thick, curly hair, same smile!!!
