Okay why do the writers have Emily on here????? it cant be just to help Patty. She is really really strange. And how many shrinks do you know that would go striking out after anyone that was a bad influence in there life. She seems to have gone over and beyond the normal commitment.

Somthing is up with her IMO otherwise she would have not been brought to us.

Love what Jill wants to do for Katherine.

I also thought that Billie was suppose to loose Mac over what he was doing with RS...not backing him

The new girl is a little Twit.

And still dont like Ashley...she is still weirding me out.

Phyllis gets a letter Patty wrote Summer, she confronts her. Phyllis insults Patty and tells her to stay away from her family. Emily intervenes, Phyllis starts insulting her. Phyllis can't believe Emily would feel for a freak like Patty.
Jack claims to be at Newman to make amends with Nick, Nick knows Jack is upto something and he is right. Jack is there fishing around, they are interrupted by Billy who has an injunction in regards to Nick kicking him out of Restless Style. While Nick is away, Jack and Billy argue again.
Chloe learns Chance has been stabbed, Nina overhears Chloe and Katherine's talk. Chloe tells Katherine how much she likes Chance and hopes to get the chance to tell him. Later, the family gets good news about Chance his surgery was a success and he'll be okay
Neil is worried when Lily says she wants to be a mother, he thinks this is Cane's doing but learns it isn't. Cane tells Neil this is Lily's dream, but Neil is still concerned. Later, Mac tells Billy about Lily wanting a baby but needing a surrogate - she offered to be the surrogate. Billy is against the idea
Next - Abby lashes out at Ashley over her fathers; Kevin asks Ryder to talk about the night of the shooting, he doesn't want to

Hahaha, anyone living under a rock for awhile could easily turn on Y&R today and think they are watching MaryJane Benson and Jack carrying on at the AC......like nothing has happened.

I still think that it is also very weird that BOTH Ashley and Sharon was going with the name Faith....so now when Faith Newman grows up, she will find out that she won't have to change her name because her REAL mother and father are Sharon and Nick Newman AND they wanted her named Faith to begin with and she will already have the last name of Newman.....ODD. Writers ODD.

I will say I am liking the NOT SO ANGRY Jill.

Chloe looks like she is trying hard to move on with her life and be in Chance's life.

Victoria and her BIG purse AGAIN.

From the previews....looks like Phyllis has cut her hair.

I am still watching but am about 10 episodes behind...

However, I have to ask, when are they going to get rid of Mac (Clementine Ford)..??? Gosh she is just AWFUL and totally ruining how interesting Billy is. IMO, they have given the actress enough time to warm up to the character and she is just BAD! She desperately needs to be replaced.

I am glad Eric Braden will be back soon. Honestly, it can't come soon enough for me. Just about all of the "young" storylines are just terrible. I would rather watch the characters of Victor, Jack, Nikki and Katherine every day drinking a cup of coffee and not even talking than most of the cast, esp the young one's. What a bunch of horrible actors!

IMO, Lily and Cane can go to Australia for a vacation and not return, oh and take Devon! The same with Jana, Kevin, Amber, Deacon and Daniel. Gosh, Daniel used to actually be interesting, now he is just boring. It is such a waste.

I don't even know how this show can be saved right now. They need to simply scrap most of the storylines and bring back Beth Maitland because that is what being an actress is about!!!

Phyllis freaks out when Patty sends a letter to Summer

Patty’s words of apology further inflame Phyllis

Phyllis doesn’t believe a word of it

Intent on confronting the woman that hurt her child, Phyllis goes to the mental hospital

Patty tries to explain herself

Phyllis gets physical, and tells Patty to stay away from Summer

Emily arrives and overhears the conversation

Emily defends Patty, and explains the nature of her illness

Phyllis remains hostile, and verbally attacks Emily

Realizing this is going nowhere, Emily tells Phyllis she should go

Phyllis leaves, but as a parting shot, tells Emily to keep her distance from her and her loved ones

Jack tells Emily exactly what Patty did to Summer, explaining why Phyllis is so upset

Chance is gravely wounded and may require a splenectomy

Chloe refuses to leave an injured Chance’s side

An emotional conversation with Kay clarifies things for Chloe

Chloe makes it clear how strong her feelings for Chance really are, and how unworthy of him she feels

Chloe reveals all to Chance… while he’s sleeping

Chance wakes up in time to catch the end of Chloe’s speech

•Ashley makes it obvious to Neil and Katherine that she is at Jabot fishing for information, she wants the stock. After Ashley leaves, Katherine tells Neil that Jack and Ashley won't get their way
•Ryder gets his airtight alibi while Phyllis confronts Deacon, she knows he was in on what happened to Daniel. Deacon doesn't deny it but says he didn't have a choice, when Phyllis goes on and on about her son, Deacon asks what about his son? Phyllis doesn't believe he has one, Deacon gets pissed at her. Phyllis warns Deacon to go forward with what he knows.

Next - Katherine gets suspicious of Jill and Paul; Billy wants Cane out of his family (I think that's who he was referring to)

Billy tells Katherine ... Cane is not to be trusted.

- Mac tells Cane her doctor says there's no reason she can't be a surrogate & asks Cane if he's prepared to raise the child on his own if the unthinkable happens.

- Cane asks Mac how Billy feels about her being a surrogate .. Mac says it's her decision, but Billy will come 'round.

- Later, just as Billy arrives at Jimmy's Bar ... Cane is gives Mac a kangaroo necklace.

- Billy tells Mac she has to make a choice.

- Chance takes a sip of a health drink Chloe brings him before knowing it contains kiwi fruit .. Chance is allergic to kiwi fruit.

- Phillip has "disappeared" & Nina is ticked … Jill tells Nina that Phillip needs time.

- Nina says they didn't really know who Phillip was 20 years ago & they still don't know him now.

- Paul is playing with Kitty Kitty .. Phillip arrives & tells Paul that Nina is putting on a tough front .. but could use his support at the hospital.

- Paul tells Phillip even though he feels he "doesn't belong" … he has to show up when times are tough.

- Paul meets Nina at the hospital & Nina tells him Phillip is passing the buck again.

- Phillip & Paul exchange "war wound" stories & Paul tells Chance that when it comes to being a worry wart ... Nina doesn't even come to his mother, Mary.

- Phillip bumps into Chloe at the Bookstore .. both of them are purchasing books for Chance which they feel will help him to understand them.

- Phillip brings his book to Chance .. it has a moving "unsigned" inscription inside .. & .. Chance tells Phillip he like Phillip to sign it "Dad".

- Daniel & Amber quarrel & break up.

- Daniel goes searching for Amber .... finds her & they decide to get married immediately.

Me thinks that the new girl that told Ryder off is his true alibi (sp). Me thinks he was with Jail bait and is not the true murderer. But he cant tell anyone for obvious reasons.

Me thinks the murderer will turn out to be Ryders Mommy Dearest.

I feel sorry for Patty.

How long are Victoria and her hubby gone....are their contracts also up or are they just on vacation? or just on hiatus like the rest of the staff on the show. They should change the name to Skeleton crew and the Restless....
