I am sure both are crowded but which time seems to be the most crowded?
I am trying to fit in a trip where I don't pull my kids out of school at all or at least not as many days

TIA
danielle

We went last year during the Thanksgiving holiday and I was amazed at how it wasn't overly crowded. Of course, Thursday, Friday and Saturday felt more crowded than earlier in the week but it was still 100x better than Easter Holiday weeks and Christmas time.

with the exception of the days surrounding both christmas and thanksgiving, I find they are nowhere near as crowded as a normal summer day. We love that time of year.

You couldn't pay me to go at Christmas - that being said, I have the conundrum of actually wanting to spend Christmas at Disney :D. If the crowds would just head home a day early...

Christmas at disney technically starts the day after halloween. For all the stuff to be up, your looking for that to complete right about thanksgiving. The parade isn't live, I think it was filmed the first or second weekend last year (we happened to catch the first day of filming). I would not go on top of christmas unless it was a larger family event. I will be going around thanksgiving for many years to come. It's a wonderful not so crowded time there. It was most of our holiday celebration last year and well worth it.

I'm planning a trip for my husband and I in 2017 for November, to see all the Christmas decorations and MVMCP - #1 on my Bucket List :). I do think there would be something magical about waking up on Christmas morning in WDW, but no power on this earth could get me there with the crowds lol!

We were also there last year Thanksgiving week and it was GREAT! The only real crowds we had were Thanksgiving Day itself in MK. Went back the next morning and it was literally a ghost town for the first 3 hours. Pretty much all the Christmas stuff was up and running. I wouldn't hesitate to go that week again.
