XMAS decorations in WDW....

When do they actually get ready and decorate the hotels, parks, etc for the christmas holiday in WDW. I am looking into going possibly end of November, is this too soon? I would at least like my family to experience one christmas holdiay in WDW, however, refuse to be around WDW because of crowd levels the week before or of christmas. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

The week after Thanksgiving will be total Christmas. Some things are up before Thanksgiving, but you are guaranteed decorations after Thanksgiving. Also MVMCP and Osborne lights will be at that time for even more Christmas celebrating.
