I called last June to cancel my husband's subscription because he now travels less than 2 miles to work so we didn't see any sense in keeping it. When I called I told them I wanted to cancel it because of the cost. After offering me a couple "best offers" to which I said no thank you the representative said "since you've been with us for many years, how about 3 months free?" I, of course, said free works. So I put a sticky note on the calendar and called again after 3 months to cancel again and they offered me a couple more "best offers" which I said no to and they then said "how about 2 months free?" Again I agreed. It's been like that everytime I've called. I realize one of these times they're not going to offer more but even if it's the next call to cancel it'll be a year since I've had to pay.
