Cilantro-spiked coleslaw

½ c plain yogurt
½ c reduced-fat mayo
3 TBSP chopped fresh cilantro
2 TBSP vinegar
1 TBSP sugar
½ tsp salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste
1 16 oz bag preshedded coleslaw
1 small onion, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped

Combine the yogurt, mayo, cilantro, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper in lg bowl. Add the coleslaw, onion, and jalapeno pepper and toss well

Serving – 1 ¼ cup – 167 cal, 10 g fat, 3 g fib, 17 g carb, 4 g protein – PTS 4
