(X) LC - Crispy Chicken Bake

    Boneless Chicken Breasts
    Garlic Powder
    White Wine
    1/2 red onion, sliced thin
    Grated Cheddar Cheese

    Spray Pam in a 13X9" pan. Place chicken breasts into pan. Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder, or garlic salt. Sprinkle about 2 Tbsps white wine over chicken, then sprinkle onion slices over chicken. Cover with grated cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

    The recipe says that 1/2 of the whole chicken breast is a serving and that each serving has about 1.8 g carbs.

    It is easy and very delicious.
