X Factor - Let's talk about it - ****Possible Spoilers****

Really looking forward to the second series of the X Factor starting tomorrow night.

Is anyone else going to watch it?

I've read reports that the rivilary between Simon and Sharon will be toned down for this series but I can't see that happening.

I can't wait. I don't watch any soaps or other reality TV programmes (such as Big Brother) - far too addictive! I limit myself to Pop Idol, American Idol and X-Factor. And Pop Idol Xtra and the Xtra Factor on ITV2 . I've been getting withdrawal symptoms, though, and last night I watched Rock Star:INXS catch-up week on VH1!

that was great can't beleive the young lad at the end....he had an amazing voice !! i was waiting for him to be rubbish and he was brilliant

Wasn't it brilliant - I was crying with laughter at the duo who had to be removed by the bouncer, especially when the lad shouted out 'Sing them another song Della !!!' - pure class

Was there anything else on extra about the girl whose family were all there with her (the one who begged them and said she had nothing else in her life). I was interested because it looked like she was carrying a photo of a couple of kids. DH said, if she's got kids that's pretty poor to be saying she has failed at everything in her life.

On the extra bit they didnt explain why she was so upset, I wondered if those kids were family and had died or something??? They showed her family talking to Simon and saying he was out of order saying her clothes werent very nice and that basically he is a cruel person. I think she killed it for herself by wearing that awful dress!

I agree about the dress - OK, she was a big girl but she would have looked 10 times better had she just worn plain trousers and a nice top, instead of displaying all that white flesh. And she could have done something better with her hair too (ooh, I'm a *****). The sad thing was, she didn't have that bad a voice BUT she wasn't anything out of the ordinary. I didn't listen to her and think 'Wow, she's got a great voice!'

AAWWW! bless her, I was wondering too about the photo of the kids but think shes got a strange family if they lead her to believe that she's failed at everything, she had a very supportive boyfriend and a family who truly loved her, thats more than many people have!
