wynfield inn

Going to stay at the wynfield inn on interntional drive for 2 weeks from 14th April. Has anybody stayed there recently.

Hi Sue: Wecome to the DIS boards..........I'm sure you will love this place as much as I do. You will get tons of information and great tips to save you money!
Last Dec. my cousins from the UK stayed at the Wynfield and it was a nice clean motel. It wasn't really fancy but it was nice and clean. It has 2 pools (If i remember correctly) with one heated and the other not heated. There is also a nice Tikki hut which serves lovely drinks and even has a TV inside. We were lucky last Dec to sit and have a cocktail and hear the space shuttle returning to the Cape (breaking the sound barrier....you hear 2 big booms!) And then a few minutes later watch the landing on the TV that is at the bar! The hotel seems to be really nice and my cousins had no complaints. Have a wonderful holiday! Hope this helps.
P.S. There is a really good restaurant (Bennigan's) right next door within walking distance.

The Wynfield Inn Westwood is now a Travelodge.
