The search function won't take me back more than a few days so I couldn't really find any reviews on the place. Any information or experience with this place would be appreciated!!! :flower1:

We've stayed there a couple of years ago and loved it. We stayed in a two bedroom with my dh, dd, db, his girlfriend. We had sooo much room to spread out. There were activities, but we only came for one thing, wdw. It's really close to the mk exit, about three miles and very convenient to restaurants and stores and such. I loved it. If we hadn't bought into dvc, I would still be staying there when we make our trips. The boys loved the big screen tv in the living room.

We stayed there October 2003. We also really liked it. The 2 bedroom rooms are enormous. It is tastefully decorated and well stocked for kitchen items. Our customer service was great. The only complaint I would have is that they have really tiny swimming pools (what you would see at a typical "motel" type pool). There is only two of those types of pools. It was fine for us being there in October (slow season), but I heard reviews of people that have been there in the summer and there are so many people in the pool that there isn't room to move. You can look at www.tripadvisor.com under kissimmee and read for yourself. Beware, there are some negative reviews on there but we were very happy with our stay (only about 5-10 minute drive to WDW main gate). Also it is beautifully landscaped as well.

We stayed in November, 2003, before and after our Disney Cruise.

We also had a 2 bedroom and paid about $85/night for it. It was quite nice and very roomy. Our screened patio was approx. 20 feet off one of the tees for the golf course.

We were very busy in the parks and also did not partake in the pools, but I was more than pleased with the room.

I just got a quote for $131/night for a deluxe one bedroom villa... Still debating!!

Hi. We stayed in 2003 and 2004 in 2BR. Units are great. Activities are good.
Free putt putt. Big complaint is pools are spread apart and are always very busy with lots of kids, and small. So if you are a swimmer and love the pools, this is not the resort for you.

We also found that for some reason both years the kids we very rude, obnoxious, and loud. Ringing door bells and running away, jumping in and out of pools, splashing unnessary etc. Not found this at other resorts.

This from a person who loves kids and doesn't mind them around and enjoy seeing cheer groups etc. around.

So if you what a lovely resort to stay at and spend all your time in unit, walking around, or at the parks then it is great. If you want to sun and swim by/in pool then except very crowded and noisy and recommend another resort.
This is why we are not going back this year but would go if nothing else is available.

We were able to get the best rate through hotelkingdom.com. It was significantly cheaper than any other website for our time frame.

My son and I stayed there for two nights a couple of years ago. We had a very nice two bedroom-two bath unit (which was only two months old at the time). We had a full kitchen, dining, washer and dryer, big screen tv, screened balcony and huge bathroom in the master bedroom. It was very comfortable. Since we were only there two days, we did not use the pools or any other amenities. It was an easy five minute drive to WDW.

You might want to check tripadvisor.com for reviews.
