Wyndham Palace Resort and Spa

Hello fellow disers,

Has anyone stayed at the Wyndham Palace lately? I've been getting mixed reviews and was wondering if anyone here was there in the last month or two.

I'd love to hear how your visit went and if you had any problems at the hotel.

Stayed there several times on Priceline wins. My room has always been fine. My only problem is that there is usually a line to check in. They don't seem to have enough help at the front desk.

We stayed there for three nights unexpectedly when Jeanne came in Sept. I was quite pleased, to be honest,as I have always dreaded staying off property. The room was quite large; larger than the studio at WLV we had checked out of that morning, and very nicely appointed. It was clean, and had an amazing view of Epcot and MK on the horizon. So, yes, if you find a good rate (we were a bit rushed and found $129 a nite on hotels.com, but could have gotten $99 through them!) it would be well worth the stay. I figure if I was that impressed with them and their operation/service during a hectic hurricane, they must work that well most of the time! (we had long lines at the desk, but I thought that was from the hurricane rush, but maybe not!)
