Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek ?

I just won this on Priceline and started reading the "we looooove Bonnet Creek" thread but not sure if I should be, lol. I'm looking for any advice, recommendations, warnings,etc. It just DH and myself, 3 nights at the very end of April/beginning of May. Is this a good place if we plan on spending most of our time at the resort? Not sure how much Disney we will do. TIA

Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort is the hotel (it shares the same parking lot as Wyndham Bonnet Creek - the timeshare portion). It is a very nice hotel.

It's a beautiful hotel and I like the pool in front of it the best.
I would be very happy to spend resort time there.

You can use all the amenities around the lake, pools, etc
but
it does not share parking with the timeshare,
and
they do charge for parking.
