We are staying at the hotel not the timeshare and I was wondering about parking. Is parking a surface lot or a parking structure? If they have valet is it efficient? Is the pool area flat or have stairs? Any tips on routes to get to Disney resorts for meals. Thanks

The parking is an onsite parkade. We didn't have a car while staying there so can't comment on the valet parking.

The pool area is very nice. Do you mean stairs in the actual pool versus flat entry or stairs to the pool area? There are no stairs to the pool area, you take the elevator to that level.

Again we didn't have a car, but it's very close to Disney Springs. If you park at the end by cirque du soleil it's a quick 5 minute drive.
