Most big hotels are owned by holding companies and then they pay a brand to manage it for them. From the looks here it will continue to be a Wyndham so I don't think guests will see much difference.

It might change flags in the future, but these giant companies flip hotels like Disney fans buy and swap pins.

The article states the NEW owners (Tishman), are also owners of the Swan & Dolphin. I have seen on the boards that guests of Swan/Dolphin get "perks" comparable to on-site guests. If that is true, I wonder if this means the Wyndham Grand will now get those "perks" too. I have never stayed at any of them. I prefer timeshare resort properties. I am assuming the Wyndham Grand is the hotel on the grounds with Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek timeshare.
