I will be staying in a presidential unit in tower 6. Is wifi available in these units or just ethernet?

Also, is wifi available around the pool areas within the resort?

When we were there last year the wifi was ONLY available at the pool. Some people have reported being able to get it in the rooms but it is spotty.

We just got back and didn't have any problems with the wifi in 16th floor unit. Didn't try elsewhere though.

Yes. Ethernet connection thru the room's phone which you can plug a wireless router into in order to get Wifi.

You may want to lock the wireless access point down since most reports of wifi from people are from those who are piggy-backing on someone's router in their room.

There is wifi in the presidential that I had in tower 6. Cant speak for all the other units. The router was mounted inside the laundry closet and worked just fine. Dont know about the pool area.

There is Wifi available near the main lobby, which should cover around the "main pool".

I THINK the 2 pool bars may also have wifi, which should also cover pools near buildings 3, 4, and 5.

And I'd be surprised if tower 6 didn't also have lobby/common area Wifi since that's that presidential tower.

Honestly, I can't really speak from experience since I don't normally take my laptop down to the pools.
