Wyndham Bonnet Creek - Renter ?

We are renting from an owner for our first stay at Bonnet Creek.

Can we contact the resort directly regarding room location and things like that? or can only the owner call the resort? We are going with other families and would like to ask that our rooms be in the same building.

Also, how soon after the owner makes the reservation would they be able to see it in their system in our names and would the owner have the confirmation of the ressie?

Just thought of another question - do you get daily housekeeping at this resort?

Anything else we need to know as renters?

It's a timeshare resort. There is no housekeeping while you are there. They do housekeeping between rentals. Each unit has a washer and dryer and they provide some laundry detergent.

I'm not sure, but I think that you can get a mid-week housekeeping for a fee.

You can call the resort directly. I don't know how long it will take for you to be in their system, but I would guess it is relatively instantaneous for an internal booking. I usually call several weeks in advance; no need to call much earlier, as they don't do room assignments that early.

You will not get housekeeping. I honestly don't recall if you can schedule a cleaning for a fee or not. For just one week, we generally don't bother. I will get out the vacuum if my kids go hog wild with the cheerios, but that's thankfully rare now that I make them do the vacuuming.
