We're considering a WBC trip and I'm not sure where to look to get oriented. Does anyone have a map that shows where the coffee shop, restaurants are?

Any recommendations on towers? Thinking of a 3 bd deluxe and 2 bd deluxe for family traveling with us - really prefer 1st or 2nd floor - do any towers have 2 and 3 bdrms on lower floors? Which towers have which pools?

Information overload LOL! Thanks :)

You can do a Google search and find lots of maps of the resort -- building number and pool locations. However, I'd love to know what accommodations can be found in each building as we will be arriving this weekend for the first time.

Wyndham bonnet creek does not accept room requests..... you get what you get basically unless you are a VIP member of Wyndham. Awesome resort loved every minute of my 3 staye there! Parking can be alittle bit if a nightmare but other than that its awesome! :goodvibes

most towers have most room types. Really doesn't matter where you stay you will love it!! You can't request a room/tower anyways unless you are a VIP member.

We would be renting from Ken Price, who is a VIP member, so presumably he could request a specific tower? I wouldn't want our two rooms speed across the resort, so not being able to book 2 rooms in the same tower would mean changing our resort choice.

Oh dear, why is parking a nightmare?

He is. . however you are checking in as a 'guest' of the owner so not given the same privileges. I do believe you can ask that your rooms be close upon check in (I have done this before with no problems as a 'guest of owner'. They have also done their best (in the past) to honor my 'view' requests.

Honestly, I have never had a issue with parking there- - however it has been a year since we last visited.

We booked a 2 bedroom and a 3 bedroom deluxe through vacation strategy and we linked the reservations . We were on the same floor next to each other . We were in tower 4 and loved it. I requested a firework view and was lucky enough to get it in the 3 bedroom.

When we stayed at BC in Oct '12, I called ahead and requested tower 5. Can you not put in a request at all now?

That sounds great! We wouldn't even need the same floor, but would be happy with same tower. :)

I heard there is a special viewing suite for the fireworks. Does anyone know where that is located? Tower# and room#?

I know it is in tower 6 5th floor I believe.... you can ask at the front desk in tower 6

Parking never was an issue until they stopped the complimentary shuttles. Now everyone rents a car or drives...During the day it is not usually a problem but later at night after the fireworks forget it. I just usually goo right into the parking garage ....I've only stayed in building 5 and 6 so this is the area I'm speaking of.

The viewing area is in Tower 6 on the 17th floor but, unless someone has a room key with elevator access and access to the Presidential lounge you won't get in

Thanks for that info. I was under the impression that the special viewing room was open because it is a "selling perk" to lure guests in and show them how great it would be to upgrade or buy-in.

Yup, parking has gotten worse in recent years. Even during off-peak seasons. It is not as bad as some other timeshare resorts (I'm looking at you Westgate Lakes!). However, I've never had a situation where I just couldn't find a spot--the garage between Towers 4 and 5 typically has ample space.

We were there in March and they had a 4BR Presidential opened up for viewing. It was not in Tower 6 but I can't remember exactly which tower -- I think 1. Any guest could go up there and check out the fireworks.

Thanks Jay.
It seems like the viewing spot being open to all guests might be a hit-or-miss type thing. I will try it in November...

Yeah, my impression is that the viewing area migrates depending on which 4br presidential with a view is unoccupied?? I know when we got to WBC I was under the impression the viewing area would be in a different location than where it ended up.

Best 4 bedroom Presidential suites for viewing the Epcot and Magic Kingdom fireworks are in tower 6. However, if you are staying in a Presidential room and are not a Wyndham owner at check in request that your room key give you access to the Presidential lounge on the 17th floor as that has viewing access as well but does get crowded.

When we checked in last week (18th), we were given a map in our welcome packet. On the map, they marked T1 room 726 as the fireworks viewing room that anyone could access.
