WWYD....thinking about changing our schedule but dining is already booked...

When we originally scheduled our days back close to the 180 day mark (so we could make ADRs) I don't believe that DHS had an EMH on the night we scheduled. Well, now it is an EMH night and its a non-recommended park for that day. I looked at my schedule and could switch our Epcot AM/Disney Springs day with our DHS day and they would both be recommended parks on those days....however, our dining is, obviously, already booked and I doubt I can change it. We have the Fantasmic dining package booked for our DHS day and T-Rex booked for the EP/DS day. I just tried to look for availability of the F! pkg on the day I'd like to switch to and no go. I tried lunch and dinner. I didn't even try T-Rex yet. My TA actually had to call at 180 days out and book that through the restaurant because Disney didn't show availability for the time we wanted, so I haven't had a chance to check on that.

Would you switch to a recommended day for DHS, give up the F! dining, and just try to book it as a 4th FP (as long as you could book other dining - which I actually am not sure I can do)?

Or just leave it and try to have a good plan (hit rope drop, FP+ for the popular rides we want to do - TSMM, ToT, maybe ST, etc)?

I would keep checking for the ability to change those ADRs, but if you can't, just stick to the original plan. T-Rex shouldn't be as hard as the F! dining package, so I would focus on changing that one first.

Is your DHS restaurant available without FDP?

If you are booking FDP for the seating, be aware that there are usually plenty of Fantasmic FP+ available as FP #4 or #5 quite late in the day. (Even after 5 pm)

Great, thanks! Actually we have it scheduled for lunch but it is only available for breakfast currently. We booked it for the seating yes, but mostly because we were eating there anyway, and its the same TS credit regardless of F! pkg or not. Since I have heard that the FP+ availability is usually there for later in the day, I figured it may not be a big deal.
