On Satuday, I purchased some furniture through Kohls.com using a mailed code for 20% off. I also had a Pick A Day discount (15%) that started Sunday, but on the back it said not valid for 'online exclusives' which my furniture purchases were so I bought $700 worth on Saturday using the 20%.
Sunday, for the heck of it, I got online and attempted to put in my cart the exact same furniture I bought Saturday (same price btw) and used my Pick-a-day discount -- It worked!
You may ask why am I looking at smaller discount? Because Sunday also started Kohls Cash promotion so after all the discounts are taken, IF I purchased on Sunday (or through Friday of this week) I would NET an additional $90 in Kohls cash to spend next week!
I got on the phone with Customer Service yesterday and they were unable to cancel the Saturday order.
Is this worth fighting for $90 at the Store or should I just chalk this up to bad timing? Usually in this situation, I would simply place another online order and return the first, but that is difficult to do when you ordered 2 beds!
