We have booked a two night stay at poly at the end of our week visiting family nearby....priced out CR and it is only available at beginning of our stay...what would everyone do...disney at beginning or end of trip?? CR or Poly???

I have always wanted to stay at CR but think my girls will like poly better, augh decisions, decisions

If it were me, I'd want to stay at disney last. During my family visit, I'd buy some food/drink items to bring to disney. In fact, we have done this in the past and it worked out well!

I see you have stayed at both CR and POLY....which one did you prefer??

we have three DDs, 8 months, 4 years and 5 years....keep changing my mind about where to stay! started at AOA suite before switching to poly..

My choice would be Disney last as well. We've never stayed at the CR, but we LOVE the Poly. The tropical atmosphere is beautiful, it's great having the beach for watching the fireworks, and the volcano pool is great as it backs up to the beach with a distant view of the castle :goodvibes. Good luck deciding.

Poly! Just checked out of CR after 6 nights. Just arrived at Poly for 2 nights and can already tell that we like Poly much better. Actually was not that impressed with CR (garden view room). Maybe if we had tower MK room we might like better but didn't get that magical feel from CR. we have standard view at poly but it is so much better! Has a resort feel whereas CR has a hotel feel. Plus, room feels bigger and we LOVE walking to the TTC!

Definitely the Polynesian, and definitely at the end of the trip. :thumbsup2

We visit family in Florida relatively frequently, and I agree with the other posters - end of the trip!

We've stayed at both Poly and CR. We really liked many things about CR, but mostly because we stayed on the Atrium Club level. Great views, outstanding CMs, really comfortable lounge. I also like the ability to walk to MK. But Poly remains our favorite between the two - love the theme, the relaxed atmosphere, the grounds and very importantly, the ability to take the monorail direct to Epcot from TTC or direct to MK from either GCH or TTC.
