What a tough situation. Last year, we asked a neighbor girl (high school) to babysit. Her parents called the night of to ask if it would be ok if she brought a friend along. We said ok. Came home to find a boy in the house! Needless to say, we never asked the neighbor girl to babysit again. We didn't say anything to the parents - they knew the boy (another neighbor), but we didn't and just thought the whole situation was not one we were comfortable with.
