I dont care for Space, so I'd stay on the "left" side of the park and do HM, BTMRR, Splash, and Jungle Cruise after dark. I might try to time BTMRR during Wishes for the reduced line and cool experience of seeing the fireworks while on it.

Definitely enjoy a drink! In my eyes, there's nothing better than riding the coasters after a stop at Trader Sam's

And after an hour or two in Trader Sam's Grog Grotto, the coasters don't seem quite as necessary.
