WWoS to Epcot?

hey y'all!
We'll be arriving late (10pm) Thursday 2/18/16 and I will be running the Enchanted 10k on Saturday 2/20 and the Princess Half on Sunday 2/21.

We are staying at POR and I need to pick up my bibs and race packet from the race expo on Friday morning at WWoS. We have Akershus ADR at 10:35am - my plan is to be on the first bus to the expo at 8am. (It opens at 9), run and grab my stuff (10 & 11 year old in tow bc they love race expos) and then take a bus from WWoS to beach club resort to walk in through the international gateway to Norway.

Thoughts? I feel it's going to be tight but I think I can make it and this is the fastest way?

The WWoS buses go to the All Stars and to POP/CBR. From POR your best option is to take a cab or Uber to WWoS and then the same to EPCOT. The buses to/from WWoS are on a every 30 minute schedule and if I remember right from when I drove the WWoS route, it's on the hour and the half hour. They are usually there 5-10 minutes prior to the hour and half hour so they always leave on schedule. If you got there before 9am to get your package, you will be waiting for the 9:30 bus and then need to catch an EPCOT bus at the resort.

There may be chartered transportation to WWoS for the expo but you are cutting it too close for your ADR.
