Hi!

We are staying at universal in December next year and will get 1 full day in the parks plus 1 extra morning. Our dates will be the 2-3rd of December. With the wwohp expantion opening approx in June/July, how will the crowds be? Will they change much or be affected? Will we need to alter our touring plan?

Thanks :goodvibes

Early December has some of the lowest crowds of the year.

Early december is low crowds, but with Hrry potter opening, those sections of the park will be quite busy. Not sure how much it will effect overall park crowds,I know my next trip is booked for then .

Low crowds at that time. I went then during first wwhop opening, it was great, low crowds.

That part of December (first weekend) is probably the best time all year to go, low crowds, usually good weather, and Christmas decorations/shows are up.

Even the year harry potter opened up, it was relatively low crowds then.

I always go that time of year and you can't beat it! Even with wwohp it's so far away from opening day that it should be business as usual around that time of year. Expect everyone to be in those areas of the park though. It IS a madhouse so hit them early as you can. the rest of the park will seem deserted.

Thank you everyone for your replies! Makes me feel much better about it! :thumbsup2
