WWOHP trip as a Xmas gift? Ideas please!

We are planning to take 3 of our grandkids who will be 10, 10 and 7 to UO in Aug 2018. We are staying 5 nights at RPH and will have 5 day 3 ptp tickets for everyone. We want this to be thier Christmas gift from us this year.
I want to package up an invitation like the mail HP received in the 1st movie, and put under our Christmas tree. I am looking at buying a personalized invitation kit online or making up my own. I cant tell which are nice high quality and which are chintzy looking. Any advice on one ebay kit seller or other? If you made one yourself, can you give me pointers or web links? I really appreciate it. I also think 3 small white owls would be cute for each kids package also. But I definately don't want to spend a fortune on this, so not looking to buy $35 owls from Universal lol. Maybe stuff from craft store? Please feel free to post pics of any cute things you did to 'Invite" your kids to Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley! Thank you.

I love the idea of sending the invitation via "owl post". I just did a quick web search and found this

Craft stores or Walmart might also have inexpensive owls too.

I don't have a lot of helpful advice for you, but just wanted to say what a lovely gift for your grandchildren! Sounds like a dream come true to me! I love the idea of the letters having a little owl attached. Maybe you could use the little birds that are used for floral arrangements. We also have a little owl ornament for our Christmas tree, and maybe you could use something like that
