WW Weekly Weigh-in

Today was my first weigh-in. I joined last Wednesday, but switched to the Tuesday meetings for convenience.

I had lost a lot of weight last year (328 to 189) but I started gaining weight over the holidays. Last week I was 198. I lost 6.6 lbs. in today's weigh-in, so I guess the diet is working for me! I was afraid it wouldn't only because I figured my metabolism was out of whack. But this was very enouraging!

Hi all,

Can I join you.

I am doing WW at home. I was going to the Weigh ins but they changed leaders and this one is way out there IMHO. I was going during my lunch hour on Thursdays, as this was my only free time. I tried Sat am but I refuse to subject everyone to my very undisiplined DS5. I work 2 jobs and DH lets him run wild. But he is a good dad.

I fell off the wagon and now own 5 lbs more since before xmas. I weighed in today at 266.5 OUCH. I was at 286 so I am losing. :teeth:

I look forward to the sucess stories to help keep me honest.

I weighed in last night - another slooowwww week for me. :sad2: I was down .4 lbs. A not-so-grand total of 15.4 gone.

I am eating within my points range every single day. I typically don't eat all my flex points either. The only thing I can think of is that even though I do eat only my allotted pts. per day, maybe I am not eating enough fruits & veggies in that allottment. I will try to make better choices with my 22 pts. and see if that makes a difference next week. Argh!

I see most of you had a good week!! Good Job!! Last week I didn't move on the scale, this week Down 1.8..Total now is 102.2.. :banana: :banana:
Have a great week all.. I need to get threw My Birthday, My Anniversary, and Valentine's Day this week.

Wow....I was doing the happy dance this morning :banana: :banana: I lost 2.5 pounds. Need to leave for work soon, but leaving a little lighter!

Wow! You gals are all doing geat!

I went last night and weighed in, and I really had no intention of losing any at all. I was up 1.8 lbs. Was I surprised? Not at all. I was not disciplined during the last week and totally lost control. Didn't write anything down, didn't even count my points. Used every excuse in the book to not follow program.

Well, it's another week. Off to a good start today. Drinking my water, journaling and counting my points. One day at a time!!!

Weighed in today at lunch. Down 2.8 today, 14.6 total since joining 3 weeks ago!

Had my weigh in today and I am down another pound!!

Now before I do cart wheels down the hallway..... :rotfl: Not with these knees :rotfl2: I need to say that I am back to losing 4.5 pounds which is the same 5 pounds I have been playing with since last October.

SO THIS WEEK IS CRUCIAL......from a mental point of view need to get beyond the 5 pound mark

Third day in a row I am up at 5am. Today I did 30 minutes on the balance ball. Trying to vary my routine.

Really need some pixie dust for the coming week Going back to Indiana to visit daughter again and watch a basketball game. Could be dangerous - haven't gotten to the point of dealing with variables.

Any hints on motivation for journaling. I start well during the day but never seem to finish it. Need some hints about figuring out meals that I don't exactly know the points. Thanks :wizard:

Off to work and dealing with hormonal 8th graders - shiver

I weigh in later this morning and despite being 100% OP and exercising 20 m on my elliptical every day (which I haven't done in years!) I don't think the scale is going to budge.

Very frustrating as this is just week 5 for me and 2003 when I did this, I was down over 50% more by this time than I am.

I'll let you know how it goes. I'm NOT going to quit!! I'm NOT going to eat the coffee cake sitting on my table!!! NO NO NO!!
 
This was week 6 for me and I have only lost 5 pounds. I didn't lose anything until last week. I still kept at it. All of you can too.

You are truly inspirational. The hardest part about succeeding is not giving up when the scale doesn't show your hard work. Kudos! I'm so glad you hung in there those first weeks. Keep up the good work :)

Just back from WI and I'm down .6 . Not a tremendous amount, but definitely in the right direction.

I am up 1 lb and I have switched my WI to Friday, so that will help me not get off track for the weekend - I hope! I ate the world this week with 2 sick kids and DH out of town - I am a big mood eater and I can't get out and walk because DH was gone and it's too cold to take the baby out! We leave for WDW 4/1, so that is sevn weeks from today, so I best get busy - 10 lbs gone by then and I would be thrilled!

I take my inspiration from other people that are losing weight and the 2 week Disney cruise in August. I am determined to get the weight off and keep it off this time.

You should be able to do that, hang in there! I am a 'mood' eater too. It is hard when things get off track at home. I bet these next 7 weeks go much better.
