Inspired by MelC -- our challenge for this week is to meet the recommended three servings a day of calcium -- read more here

i'll start with yogurt for brekkie :) have a wonderful week everyone!!:wave2:
 
Rats! I know for certain I can NOT meet this challenge. In all the weeks I've been doing WW, I've had maybe 5 servings of dairy. :o Even if I count skinny cows, I'd have maybe 10 servings in the last 5 months. :eek: Bad me.

am i alone here this week? i only got two servings in yesterday -- forgot at lunch and then ate dinner too late to sneak in a low-pt ice cream. i'll keep it more at the front of my meal planning today and hope for better!
 
You are not alone! I will join you in the challenge this week. I had cottage cheese as a morning snack (does that count?) and light yogurt as "dessert" with lunch. I plan on having a serving of skim milk with dinner. And at my house, low point ice cream is always on the menu! princess:

That's 205% of the daily rda.

...for a grand total of 185% of the rda.

must not be a popular concept -- Melanie must be gone this week?

i have only managed 2 servings a day -- bad me! i keep forgetting. Today I'm already at 1.5 for the day so this is a better start!

Today I had: yogurt, cottage cheese, and skim milk. I really want low points ice cream right now, but I am trying not to eat after 7.
 
Yesterday I had fortified OJ and two slices of homemade pizza, one serving of cheese each. I wasn't thrilled with the 75% rda it amounted to so I had a couple tums.

My points were low yesterday so it was a bit difficult.
 
on friday I had my three servings -- my last on a very yummy but not so WW friendly greek pizza :)

one down for saturday so far! way to go ladies -- our bones are so very thankful:teeth:
