Hi- I am not on WW but I have been eating lots of WW Smart Choice TV dinners- they are pretty good.
I am 5' 6" and about 150 pounds.
I do 2 miles on the treadmill 3-4 times each week.
I am wondering if anyone has a general idea of how many points I should eat in a day to lose weight gradually.
