I have a friend that is doing WW Online and she has had great success with it. Been thinking of trying it. Anyone do WW that way on here?? Was it successful??? Any tips??
I've lost 42 pounds since January doing WW online. My only advice is to be diligent about journalling, and to stop by WISH frequently. Also, make sure you read and utilize the tools provided, such as menu and exercise ideas.
I haven't done WW online. I just used some old materials that I had (WW recipe book w/ sample menus). I do visit the official WW site and read some of the boards there. I also love to check out the success stories they have posted and I check there for new recipes too!
I'm sure if you join online you will still get great results. Please consider checking in here every day if you'd like to "meet" with a group! Our weekly check in thread is a great way to keep up with who's lost how much, it's very motivating to change the WISH clipart to a higher number and you just can't beat the support system we have set up!
